Level 7: Intestinal Distress

Level 7 takes place inside a giant worm, and it’s filled with dangerous enemies and obstacles. Make your way through the level, using Jim’s various moves to avoid obstacles and take out enemies. Look out for power-ups, particularly the ones that restore health.
